This is the N.S.P.C.C http://www.nspcc.org.uk statement on safeguarding in organisations like schools.
All organisations that work with or come into contact with children should have safeguarding polices and procedures to ensure that every child, regardless of their age, gender, religion or ethnicity, can be protected from harm.
Setting up and following good safeguarding policies and procedures means children are safe from adults and other children who might pose a risk
At Seething and Mundham Primary school we are committed to ensuring that we have the right policies and procedures in place to ensure the safety of all our pupils and adults working in and visiting our school.
This is our policy, it was amended in March 2018 to incorporate Appendix 4. It will be reviewed in September 2018 to reflect the changes in the Keeping Children Safe in Education 2018
